ISEA International ‘Open Forum’ @ ACM SIGGRAPH 2014

This discussion includes information about the organisation, the upcoming ISEA2014 – LOCATION symposium, to be held in Dubai, 30 October – 8November. Its location not only provides a place with world-renowned architecture, but also boasts its waterfront development – its original trading grounds.
We will also discuss ISEA2015 – DISRUPTION The 21st International Symposium on Electronic Art to be held in Vancouver by the Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology (FCAT), and the School of Interactive Arts and Technology (SIAT)

Sue Gollifer is currently the Director of the ISEA International Headquarters. She is an artist, a Principal Lecturer in Fine Art and the Course Leader for Digital Media Arts MA and a researcher and curator at the University of Brighton, UK. She is on a number of National and International Committees, including (CAS) the Computer Arts Society, (DAM), Digital Art Museum, and (DAC) the ACM SIGGRAPH Digital Arts Community. She is currently the ACM Chair of ‘The Distinguished Artist Award for Lifetime Achievement in Digital Art’.
