Public Domain (PD) is a non-profit arts collective.
The visual design and structure of the site is the creation of students in the International Certificate Program for New Media in Providence, Rhode Island, co-sponsored by the Rhode Island School of Design's Department of Continuing Education and the Fraunhofer Center for Research in Computer Graphic.
